Primary Care Provider, Hospital, and Service Area Changes
Starting January 1, 2026, MassHealth will have provider, hospital, and service areas changes. To learn about these changes please refer to MassHealth Enrollment Guide January 2026 (PDF) or use the Compare Plans tool.
